My husband and I enjoyed being there. The staff were diligent and the breakfast was rich and satisfactory with potatoes, juices and cheeses. It had great and amazing location, adjacent to the hill overlooking the valley, Vielha and the tunnel.

The hotel was in a magnificent location close enough to the Pyrenees mountains, the tunnel and the Parador de Vielha. It also was to restaurants in the nearby town. The room was well-appointed and could have been improved with some slight amendments to the mirror.

The room itself was well-appointed and big with the minibar where filthy, balcony, for instance provided. The breakfast was large and rich, a wide range of food. The staff were attentive and helpful from arrival to departure.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the stunning Pyrenees mountains. The location is perfect, with easy access to the motorway to Lleida, making it a convenient stopover for travelers. The service here is top-notch, with attentive room service, efficient housekeeping, and even a ski pass vendor on site. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were excellent, including a comfortable bed, ironing facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We especially loved the terrace, where we could relax and take in the breathtaking views. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stunning views from the balcony room and restaurant. Rustic food with huge portions and reasonable prices. Lovely staff, Ana provided excellent service. Spa with aromatic massage and clean pool area with provided towels.
